Review the rules that govern providers, travelers, content, booking confirmations, and marketplace behavior on EgyptTrips.
EgyptTrips operates as a tourism marketplace that helps travelers discover listings and send booking requests to providers. The platform does not currently process traveler card payments online.
Travelers must provide accurate information, respect booking dates, review listing terms carefully, and communicate promptly when changes or cancellation requests become necessary.
Providers are responsible for keeping listings accurate, updating availability, confirming or rejecting booking requests in a timely manner, and delivering services as described publicly.
A booking request remains pending until the provider confirms it. In the default workflow, payment is settled directly between traveler and provider offline or on arrival, unless a separate offline arrangement is documented.
Provider commission becomes due only when a booking is confirmed. Providers submit manual transfer proof and the admin confirms receipt inside the platform.
Users may not upload unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringing material. EgyptTrips may moderate, hide, suspend, or remove listings and accounts when necessary to protect trust and marketplace safety.
